The cost per copy charge not only covers the cost of the free machine but also covers the service back up. The service back up includes all emergency callouts, labour, spare parts, targeted four hour service response time and routine preventative maintenance.

A multitude of systems are available, ranging from 20 copies per minute low volume machines all the way up to 105 copy per minute high volume workhorse copier-printers. There is no restriction on the number of units per school; you simply choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
